These Terms of Use govern use of Grape AI.
Grape AI
Grape AI is an evolving service for AI-assisted communication and language processing. At present, it is operated as a private project. Access may be approval-based, limited, experimental, or otherwise restricted.
Features and availability
Grape AI may provide communication, media, AI-assisted, recording, storage, translation, transcription, captioning, processing, export, or other functions. Features, providers, outputs, and availability may change, be limited, be experimental, or be unavailable. Billing and payment functionality is not currently active or available to users.
Lawful use and room operators
You may use Grape AI only in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to provide, process, record, translate, generate, share, or otherwise use content through the service. Room operators are responsible for appropriately informing participants about relevant processing and, where required, obtaining the permissions, notices, authorizations, or consent necessary for communication, media transmission, recording, AI-assisted processing, storage, or further use of content.
AI output
Grape AI may generate or transform content automatically. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unsuitable, or misleading. Important information should be independently reviewed. Grape AI is not intended for emergencies, safety-critical communication, or situations requiring professional or reliable human translation.
External providers
Grape AI may use external providers. Their services, availability, output, terms, and policies are outside the complete control of Grape AI. If you use or provide access to an external provider through Grape AI, you are responsible for ensuring that your use is permitted under the provider’s applicable terms and policies.
Privacy
Information about the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
Grape AI may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue access or functions where appropriate. These Terms may be updated as the service, its functions, or applicable legal requirements change. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date.
